Refund Policy

At SaunaCask, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• All returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of goods, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be authorized by SaunaCask before shipping the goods back. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Unauthorized or late returns may not be accepted.
• No return or refund on electrical parts and final sale.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply on returns.

Sauna Cask and plunge reserves the right to refuse any or all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval and provide instructions for refund processing.
